The master plan includes a series of terraced gardens, prospect points, outbuildings, and trails connecting a newly constructed house to its agrarian context and neighboring mountain bike trails. As an intern with Wolf Josey Landscape Architects, Lindsey Luria helped develop a design that integrates the preservation of several “century trees” (100+ years old) shading the house and gardens, the re-establishment of rolling wildflower meadows and sheep-grazed fields to support pollinators and carbon capture, and the addition of a solar field to power the house and electric vehicles.
